C. Philip MUSIC is from Youngstown, Ohio. He is an Instrumental Jazzy Funky Composer and Producer. 

He has been a Bass player since he was about 17 years old. Tried several different instruments from Organ, Piano, Acoustic guitar, and fell in love with the Electric Bass.

He began creating his own tracks at around the same timeframe on a Tascam Porta-One Multitrack Recorder.

 Using a Casio CZ-101 keyboard , a Roland TR-505 Drum machine, and his first bass, A Fender MusicMaster short-scale 4 string. He spent a lot of time making music, being creative and letting his friends and family hear the songs he would make.

    He is also a very avid music listener and DJ, so he always had his  ear to the ground to know what moves people and that gives him an inside track to what his music should sound like and how it should make people feel.

Since that time, He played in several local bands, SounDoctrine being the one of the most notable. They toured all over Ohio and competed in the Capital Jazz Fest in Baltimore, Maryland  garnered a local and regional following. 

Currently, He is creating and collaborating with various musicians he has met along the way to carve out his own sound and share it with you and the world!!
